Melisa + Josue

From proposal to wedding day, we walked this course with Melisa and Josue so excuse us for feeling really proud of these two love birds.

The day began at an airbnb and it was filled with uncertainty as the weather forecasted lots of rain and their wedding was going to be outdoors at Matheson Hammock Park in Coral Gables, FL. Despite the worry of what could happen the preparations continued.

She had an amazing hair and make up artist with her, Make up by Jeni. Melisa was glowing!

With a little help from her mom, she got ready to see the love of her life, Josue.

As for Josue, he was just a few steps away in another room getting ready to see his bride, Melisa while also juggling all the unexpected twists and turns that the South Florida weather was throwing their way.

Melisa and Josue did not want to have a first look but they wanted to be able to pray together before they went out to their ceremony so they incorporated a first touch to their day and it was so special.

Moments like these can make the day feel calm and intimate even though chaos may be happening all around them.

The ceremony began later than expected but it was finally the moment for Melisa to marry Josue and that was the only thing that mattered.

And so here’s to the rest of their lives together! Cheers to Melisa and Josue.
