Ashley + Carlos

A storm was in the forecast for Ashley and Carlos’ wedding day, a big storm. No Floridian had a clue as to where this storm was coming from, especially since the hurricane season had already finished but as most Floridian’s do, we think it’ll just be a little rain and the sun will come out. This was not the case.

It had already been planned that Ashley and Carlos’ ceremony would take place outside. A tent was placed, but the wind was too strong so ceremony was changed to be under shelter.

When those storm winds really took off and the rain got stronger it left no other option but to pivot and just have the ceremony inside where the reception would take place.

The incredibly epic part of this day wasn’t the storm, though, it was how calm Ashley was. She just wanted to marry Carlos, didn’t matter where it was.

We ended up spending the entirety of the day indoors. This didn’t keep everyone from having fun. Especially the groom and his guys.

Ashley had several special moments that we were really happy to be a part of. She shared a first look with her dad, her brother and then a first look with her bridesmaids. So much love in the room during these moments.

Who could blame them for these reactions?! Ashley was the most perfect bride. Incredibly beautiful naturally and add on the beautiful art of Steff Linero who did her hair and makeup flawlessly it was enough to leave her family and friends without words.

Ashley and Carlos did not want to have a first look for themselves, they chose to wait until the ceremony. However, they did want to find a way to add some more intimate moments in their day so we suggested a first touch. Pure magic!
